Quality Assurance Specialist
This position requires a Masters Degree in a mental health field; licensure as a mental health professional in the State of California; a minimum of five years experience in human services or related field; at least three years experience in an outpatient mental health setting with advanced knowledge of professional methods and techniques of individual, group and family therapy. Ability to diagnose and treat children's emotional and behavioral disorders; knowledge of the Clinic's philosophy; Knowledge and understanding of California Medi-Cal standards for mental health out-patient and substance abuse treatment services. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and demonstrated ability to analyze data and write concise narrative and statistical reports. Ability to analyze and interpret data and prepare summary reports. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and a variety of professionals; and ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing. Possession of a valid California driver’s license and current automobile insurance are required.Knowledge of computer systems and applications.
