PROGRAM MANAGER
This position requires a Master's Degree in a mental health related field; licensed as a mental health professional issued by the Board of Behavioral Sciences in the State of California for a minimum of two years; four years experience in children's mental health services; knowledge of professional mental health techniques and methods of providing individual, group and family therapy; ability to diagnose and treat children's emotional and behavioral disorders; knowledge of clinical and administrative policies and procedures; ability to plan, organize and direct a children's mental health program; knowledge of the Clinic's philosophy; ability to supervise and evaluate the performance of subordinate staff and students; ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, other staff and the public; and an ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
