Holiday Families 2009

It is hard to believe that Thanksgiving is just a few weeks away and Christmas is right around the corner. With that in mind, the Henrietta Weill Memorial Child Guidance Clinic, a non-profit mental health center for children and families, is seeking assistance for some of our clients during this holiday season.
Thanks to community support, we were able to provide a wonderful Thanksgiving and Christmas for 121 clients and their families last year. The object of the program is to match sponsors (businesses, families, community organizations, etc.) with Clinic families in need of financial assistance. The sponsors are then given a wish list and are asked to shop from the list in order to help fulfill the families' holiday wishes.
If you are interested in sponsoring a family for either Thanksgiving or Christmas, please contact the Child Guidance Clinic at 661-322-1021 or visit our website at www.hwmcgc.org as soon as possible so that we may match you up with a family in need this holiday season. Monetary donations are also accepted.
